Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Graham County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained long enough to review and answer it. We keep the message within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the website’s systems may automatically receive basic technical and usage details:
- Page-view dates and times
- The referring website, when one is reported
- Visited pages and time spent on them
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- The device’s assigned IP address
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved on a device. They help measure traffic patterns, such as which resources are opened and where visits end. Analytics providers combine that activity into reports. A browser can reject or remove cookies, though disabling them may change how some site functions behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Route a submitted search to the selected partner service
- Maintain performance, availability, and page speed
- Identify errors, abuse, and other technical problems
- Measure which Graham County resources are useful
- Present advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Graham County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case-record data. It publishes general directions to Arizona Public Access, the Graham County Clerk of the Superior Court, Graham County Justice Court, and Gila Valley Consolidated Municipal Court. Access to official Arizona judicial records is governed by Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123, while A.R.S. §39-121.01 addresses public-record inspection and copies. This private website is not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party case profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes that appear on some pages. Information submitted to a box is governed by that provider’s privacy policy rather than this policy. The partner decides how long it retains data and when it shares data. Read those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Superior Court of Arizona in Graham County, clerk resources, statewide case services, legal-aid organizations, or commercial search providers. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination’s privacy rules apply. Review them before providing personal information.
Some advertising services may measure activity across multiple websites to select ads. That activity occurs within the provider’s systems and policies.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Data may still be disclosed to these limited categories:
- Advertising networks that place or measure ads
- Analytics providers that report traffic and performance
- Search partners chosen to process a submitted query
- Courts, government entities, or law enforcement when valid legal process requires disclosure
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used to protect information under our control. No internet service can guarantee complete safety, however, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access or another breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such information, we will take steps to delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights over personal information depend on the law that applies where you live. Subject to that law and any valid exception, you may ask us to:
- Describe or provide the personal data held about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Stop certain processing where an opt-out right applies
- Delete eligible information
Updates to This Policy
This privacy policy may be revised as practices or legal duties change. A revised version will be posted here and will carry a new effective date. Review the policy periodically for the current terms.
Effective date: August 13, 2026
